Collaborate with community managers and boards. Conduct site investigations and evaluations. Perform drainage and stormwater assessments. Develop 30-year capital reserve plans. Meet with associations and community members to review reserve studies. Participate in construction administration and commercial due diligence projects. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Travel within the region as needed. What You'll Need To Be Successful
At least 5 years of related civil or structural engineering experience. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. PE license or ability to obtain within six months. Strong communication and technical writing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects. Willingness to perform inspections requiring physical activity.
