Overview

As a member of the Financial Aid and Scholarships team in Enrollment Management Services (EMS), the Financial Aid Specialist will assist in providing the highest level of quality service to students, parents, former students, staff and faculty and will assist in the delivery of more than $100 million in federal, state, private, and institutional financial aid to more than 8,000 students annually. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period. Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $4,482 per month CSU Classification Salary Range: $4,482 - $6,342 per month Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected. This position is eligible for a broad range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, retirement (CalPERS), tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave. 15 paid holidays are offered each year; 14 scheduled on specific days and a Personal Holiday that may be taken any time during the year.
