HVAC Installation Manager . Ideal applicant will have field experience with residential & light commercial installations, managing / supervising installers, and training & mentoring. Compensation & Schedule

To supervise the daily installation operations for new and replacement systems, including the scheduling and dispatch of the crews. Quality controls on all new installs and to monitor the install crews to ensure the install is being done correctly and neatly. Clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead time. Assist in the training and efficiency of company installers. Implementation and enforcement of company's purchasing policy. Supervise the company's installation crew and help to ensure the profitability of installation jobs through efficiencies and doing it right. Required Qualifications

5+ years related experience and/or training in sales or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience working in the HVAC field required Management / Supervisor experience Residential / Light commercial installation experience Able to train and mentor employees Ability to delegate Time card / Payroll experience - we will train Perform quality inspections Well Organized Excellent Phone Presence Advanced level knowledge of software technologies and devices Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office Software. Advanced customer service skills. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus
