Developing and managing course syllabi while adhering to department and college standards Collaborating with colleagues in course curriculum Delivering learning-centered instruction to undergraduate students Assisting in the growth and success of a diverse population of students through careful preparation of course materials, effective teaching methodologies, informed critical feedback on assignments and discussions Developing and adapting curriculum incorporating current technologies into the classroom or online learning environment (LMS) Implementing school/campus academic and attendance policies Pursuing knowledge of innovations and changes within subject area and field of practice Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse student populations Requirements:
Appropriate college level degree as determined by Dean, commensurate with level of course complexity Preferred Qualifications:
Master's or PhD Professional experience License in subject area, where applicable Prior teaching experience Prior teaching at the collegiate level Application Instructions:
