Certified Personal Trainer
with a strong focus on
sales
to join our Anytime Fitness team in Saint Augustine, FL. This role offers the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our members by helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals, while also driving
personal training package sales
and growing our training program. You’ll work with each potential client to gain an understanding of their background, their goals, and what motivates them through their health journey. The Trainer must be a passionate individual who seeks to help members and guests improve their lives through health and fitness. This role requires a considerable amount of self-motivation, leadership skills, the ability to collaborate and communicate, and the ability to influence others in a positive way. Responsibilities
Training sales – a large component of the Certified Personal Trainer role is centered around training sales, one-on-one training, team training, and small group training (SGT). Trainers must qualify, inform, inspire, and convert members into training clients. Brand promoters – establish relationships with businesses and influencers in the community to promote the brand through B2B marketing. Help coordinate and execute engagement campaigns, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts using assets and operations created by the Anytime Fitness corporate teams. Team builders – lead a team and drive results through motivation and a positive environment for members and guests. Day-to-day operations – support club operations tasks when needed (filling in, cleaning, etc.). Culture creators – create an environment that inspires members to share positive experiences, delivering top-notch customer service and helping improve lives. Qualifications
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA). Proven ability to drive sales and achieve performance targets. 18 years or older Friendly, outgoing, and warm; genuine and honest Available to work flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends) Technologically savvy Self-motivated Good at managing time and schedules Employment details
