Acute Care NP or PA
with critical care, trauma, and/or acute care experience to join the
Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine
team at Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg, VA. Harrisonburg is two hours from Washington, DC and offers spectacular mountain ranges, outdoor recreation, and cultural attractions. Position Highlights
Rotating nights (7p‑7a) and days (7a‑7p) with one week off between 16‑bed critical care unit Prepare admissions, perform initial evaluation and physical exams, conduct approved diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order labs and consults, prescribe interventions and medications Experience with respiratory intubation, central and arterial line placement, ventilator management highly desirable 24×7 physician on‑call 1‑3 years of experience preferred, but not required Position Benefits
