Technical Trainer – New Bern, NC | Full-time Your Responsibilities
Assist the Customer Service Technical Training Manager with the day-to-day running of the Technical Training Department. Provide the necessary information and training to enable our (RNA) Customer Service Personnel and Service Agents to repair our appliances and resolve customer issues. Contribute to the design and delivery of new training programs and solutions to drive improvements in customer service, efficiency and costs. Responsibilities (Detailed)
Facilitate technical training at BSH sites and other venues. Participate in the development of technical training courses according to organizational requirements. Prepare training materials for training events as needed. Procure external trainers to provide specialist courses beyond BSH's catalogue. Maintain the technical training library developed by the Technical Training Manager (TTM). Your profile
Associate degree – Required Bachelor’s degree – Preferred 3-5 years of experience in training – Required 5-7 years of experience in training – Preferred Comprehensive domestic appliance knowledge Electromechanical knowledge Travel percentage – up to 40% (domestic and international travel) Your Pay & Benefits
