Objectives
Possess a passion for coaching, a strong understanding of the sport, and the ability to develop both individual players and the team as a whole The Head Girls Soccer Coach will assist in fostering a positive, competitive, and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities And Qualifications
Previous coaching experience at the high school and/or club level (preferred). Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals, strategies, and rules. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and inspire athletes, promoting teamwork and personal growth. Ability to commit to the full season, including after-school practices, games, and weekend tournaments. TSSAA courses, CPR, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
