Job Overview The Sales and Support Rep works under the direction of the Sales Manager and provides a best-in-class experience to our partner bike shops. Responsibilities include guiding partners through sales and warranty processes, entering orders, and handling returns and exchanges. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly motivated, with sales experience, and passionate about mobility, capable of conveying this passion to partners.
Key Responsibilities
Learn the Aventon product line and proactively sell to partners.
Establish new partnerships and maintain existing relationships with onboarded shops.
Enter sales orders and track their progress to ensure timely delivery.
Understand partner needs and proactively reach out to enhance their experience and increase revenue.
Collaborate with Field Sales Reps to support partners.
Assist with shipping and warranty inquiries.
Generate revenue to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement within the sales and support departments.
Qualifications
Experience in sales or retail customer service preferred.
Knowledge of e-bikes is highly preferred.
Proficient with internet and office applications (PC/Mac, Word, spreadsheets, web browsers, mobile devices).
Self-motivated, proactive in finding new partners and generating revenue.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
