Corporate Executive Sous Chef . Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a
Corporate Executive Sous Chef . In this role, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping and supporting our diverse culinary operations across all resort properties. Based out of Wisconsin Dells, WI, this position requires a highly skilled and adaptable chef who is flexible to travel and provides hands-on guidance, training, and operational support wherever needed. With a focus on consistency, innovation, and excellence, you will help ensure that our kitchens deliver the high-quality, memorable dining experiences that define the Kalahari brand. Key Responsibilities
Support the Corporate Executive Chef in leading and maintaining culinary standards across all Kalahari properties. Travel to resorts as needed to provide operational support. Assist with menu development, recipe execution, and training across multiple outlets and banquet operations. Help manage food and labor costs, inventory, and vendor partnerships to ensure efficiency and profitability. Train, mentor, and support property-level chefs and culinary teams to uphold brand standards. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance practices. Collaborate with property and corporate leaders to deliver exceptional dining experiences and guest satisfaction. What We’re Looking For
Extensive culinary leadership experience of 5+ years in high-volume resorts or hotels ($30M), featuring multi-outlet operations. Prior experience in supporting properties through task force assignments and new resort openings. Expertise in menu development, cost control, and ensuring culinary consistency across multiple locations. Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop property-level culinary teams.
