We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team. This role is responsible for delivering impactful training sessions, supporting curriculum design, and fostering an environment where employees can grow, develop, and achieve organizational goals.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions (in-person and/or virtual) for employees across multiple levels and functions. Partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop and enhance curriculum, training materials, and job aids. Adapt facilitation methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, ensuring all participants are able to apply new skills and knowledge. Provide feedback on training effectiveness and recommend improvements to curriculum and delivery methods. Evaluate participant performance and learning outcomes through assessments, surveys, and feedback. Assist in onboarding programs by introducing new employees to company culture, values, and processes. Stay current on adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and emerging training technologies. Serve as a champion of continuous learning, reinforcing company initiatives and organizational goals. Support administrative tasks related to scheduling, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records as needed. Qualifications & Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience facilitating training, workshops, or group learning programs. Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience with instructional design or curriculum development is a plus. Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices. Comfortable using learning management systems (LMS), virtual training tools, and collaboration platforms. Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and manage group dynamics effectively. About The Company
