Join our drinking water and wastewater infrastructure team to support the planning, design, and construction of water treatment, wastewater treatment, pumping, distribution, storage or conveyance projects Develop creative solutions to complex water and wastewater treatment and conveyance challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions Build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with experienced project managers Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field Coursework related to water and wastewater treatment and conveyance Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits; occasional overnight travel may be required Preferred Qualifications

Passed FE/EIT exam Residence in Des Moines, IA metro area Licensed Professional Engineer 0 to 4 years of previous experience Experience as a design engineer or project manager for water/wastewater projects Experience in preparing project plans, specifications, and bidding documents Experience in project proposal preparation and client service management Proficiency with design applications: AutoCAD Civil3D, ArcGIS, Revit Proficiency with hydraulic modeling: XPSWMM, InfoSWMM, Bentley WaterGEMS, InfoWater Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications About the Role and Compensation

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, based on skill set and experience. Benefits are described in SEH Hiring Journey.
