Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue through cold calling, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking. Manage sales and revenue for multiple hotels effectively. Be technologically proficient, create worklists, and update higher management on progress. Proactively suggest improvements to increase sales and attract more business. Identify new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activities. Develop and maintain relationships with major group and catering clients to grow market share. Support the director of sales and marketing in preparing the department budget and aligning with the hotel's overall sales goals and strategy. Represent the hotel professionally at industry tradeshows and conferences, adhering to budget and marketing plans.
