You will be responsible for understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and making strategic recommendations to customers. Performing thorough inspections from attics to crawlspaces, you will solve problems and build trusted relationships, ensuring homes and families are protected. Listening to customer needs and clearly explaining solutions, you will win trust with confidence and care. You will… Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Be an empathetic problem solver, utilizing training to recommend the best pest solutions. Achieve sales goals through prospecting and following up on leads, supported by a robust advertising budget. Schedule and conduct sales appointments at customers’ homes, explaining how our services provide peace of mind. Inspect the interior and exterior of homes—training provided. Make tailored recommendations based on inspections, addressing customer questions and setting expectations. What do you need to succeed? High School Diploma or equivalent No experience required Valid driver’s license Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid) Ability to work independently and interact with clients Work Environment
Physical requirements include: Safe ladder use within weight capacity Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
