Seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our growing New Business Sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Executives (AEs) by generating qualified sales pipeline and helping to move business upmarket. You will be responsible for engaging prospective mid-market customers and identifying opportunities to introduce them to the value of our omnichannel marketing platform. This is a hybrid role reporting out of our Atlanta office. Compensation
Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr This range is provided by Catapult Solutions Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Partner with 2-3 Account Executives to strategically identify and research target mid-market companies. Develop and execute multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies to engage high-fit companies. Generate new qualified sales pipeline through proactive outreach via email, phone, and social channels. Engage prospects with genuine curiosity to uncover their challenges and pain points related to customer engagement, monetization, and retention. Effectively articulate the value proposition of omnichannel marketing platform, including email, SMS, and transactional products. Qualify leads based on established criteria and seamlessly transition qualified opportunities to your partnered AEs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and lead qualifications in our CRM system. Collaborate closely with AEs to understand their sales goals and adjust prospecting efforts accordingly. Continuously learn and apply feedback to improve prospecting strategies and results. Role type
SDR - Hunter-type roles - not AE Working arrangements
Shifts: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET with a one-hour flex in start and end time Hybrid: Tuesday and Thursday onsite at the Atlanta office Seniority level
