Regional Sales Manager, Equipment Finance
Commercial Credit Group (CCG)

Position Summary We are seeking high-performing, motivated individuals to serve as Regional Sales Managers. These positions focus on specific industries we serve, with defined territories to ensure ample opportunities, and report through a regional corporate office. While we value self-starters, we also actively market our company and brand, and provide sales, product, and process training, along with prospecting and lead generation support. Equipment knowledge and finance experience are helpful but not mandatory. The ideal candidates will have a desire to build their territory, establish meaningful customer relationships, and contribute to the organization’s success. Responsibilities Prospecting for new business at the end-user and dealer levels Maintaining, building, and enhancing existing customer relationships Utilizing our CRM system to track, monitor, and market to customers, prospects, and dealers Developing strong internal relationships with credit, documentation, collections, and marketing staff Initiating customer applications and correspondence, coordinating closings, and handling ad hoc responsibilities within the territory Qualifications and Success Indicators Proven sales success in equipment finance, equipment sales, or related fields Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Understanding of the equipment finance process Knowledge of and willingness to use CRM, Microsoft Office, and back-end systems Dedication to enhancing customer experience and delivering stellar service Strong desire to grow the book of business Willingness to travel We offer a competitive base salary, commission, bonus, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and paid time off.
