Central GA

area. In this role, you will be an employee of Smith Douglas Homes earning a base pay plus commission. We offer a competitive benefits package and a family-like work environment.

Position Summary In this role, you’ll utilize your Real Estate Sales experience to guide potential buyers through the homebuying process, helping families find affordable homes of enduring value. You will develop trusted relationships with buyers through your interpersonal and customer service skills. What You’ll Do

Monitor and analyze data and trends

Assist in determining home prices, site premiums, and site releases

Complete scheduled sales activities, including tracking Home Definition Due dates and completing Home Definitions

Finalize options and Selections in Purchase Agreements

Coordinate Homeowner Orientation and Final Loan Approval dates

Update community plat boards with current site statuses

Document all notes and correspondence with leads, prospects, buyers, realtors, and lenders

Conduct monthly competition studies

Maintain community signage

Develop and maintain Realtor outreach and networking programs

Implement marketing campaigns

Demonstrate amenities and architectural features to buyers

Maintain records of potential buyers in software systems

Monitor mortgage processes and assist stakeholders

Update website pricing and options

Manage FMLS responsibilities

Participate in community meetings and homeowner events

Manage records of product development changes and communicate with buyers

Minimum Job Requirements

High School Diploma

Georgia Real Estate License

Minimum of 3 years in residential home sales; new home sales experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet
