Our associates deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth and the store environment. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and appealing. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Perform physically active duties including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, and moving products to assist customers and maintain store appearance (ability to lift up to 50 pounds). Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engagement by following safety standards and expectations. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Availability to work peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
