Role: Account Executive – IT (MSP) Account Executive – for a managed IT service provider seeking an experienced Account Executive with a hunter mentality to help drive growth and develop the clientele base. Work alongside the VP of Sales providing best-in-class IT solutions and take control of your earning potential. UNCAPPED COMMISSION OPPORTUNITY + Base + Benefits The ideal candidate will have a
deep understanding of IT services, including Infrastructure, Cloud technologies, IT Managed Services (ITMS), and/or IT Outsourced (ITO) services. Proven ability to build strong relationships with CIO, CTO, and other high-level business executives. This role will focus on acquiring 4 new logos per month: IT Services such as Help Desk, Azure Infrastructure, Automation (Robotic Process Automation - RPA), and Microsoft Business Applications. Responsibilities:
Develop, track, and close sales leads through prospecting, leveraging your network, and gaining strategic partnerships. Identify prospect requirements including technical, infrastructure, configuration, and other needs, then call prospects to find new customers and projects. Collaborate with technical staff to generate proposals. Confidently present proposals to clients to engage interest in managed services. Work with the marketing team to develop seminars, marketing materials, targeted campaigns, and generate qualified leads. Qualify opportunities to determine scope of work. Manage pipeline and close opportunities independently. Leverage networking events, chambers, and groups to promote the brand and build relationships. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers in an account executive or sales role, preferably in the tech space (direct MSP experience preferred). Ability to identify client pain points and offer solutions. Ability to target potential clients and book exploratory meetings. Proven sales performance, including new business development. Ability to travel for client meetings. Additional Details:
