Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, driving passion for helping people.
Participate in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, stay flexible and open to change to meet evolving tech and customer needs.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no sales experience? Training and coaching provided.
Compensation Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.65 - $18.06 per hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities can earn total annual earnings up to $62,460 per year.
