Strategic Account Manager – Cencora (Triose)

This position supports Cencora's freight and logistics management service in the United States, marketed through our Triose business. It is a remote role that requires up to 60% travel across the U.S. to meet with key stakeholders and foster meaningful, multi‑level partnerships. Responsibilities

Build and maintain strategic, multi‑level relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers. Develop and execute customized account strategies to drive growth and customer success. Identify and discuss new opportunities for optimization, expansion, and value creation. Act as the primary point of accountability for the health, retention, and growth of your accounts. Manage all aspects of account performance, including receivables and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and implementation for new customers. Represent Triose at customer meetings, industry events, and other key engagements. Consistently deliver on key performance metrics, aligned with Triose’s strategic goals. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the VP of Sales. Experience and Educational Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in successful client account management and/or selling solutions and services. Preferable Bachelor’s degree; high school diploma or equivalent experience required. Experience interfacing with clients, vendors, and customer organizations at all levels, including C‑Suite. Experience in relationship management with strategic accounts. Experience in regional account planning and execution required. Advanced knowledge of and experience working with hospital and health system management, procurement, Group Purchasing Organizations, hospital suppliers, contracting, and materials management preferred. Experience in freight and logistics management preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Customer / Client Focus. Presentation and Communication Proficiency. Performance Management. Proven expertise: A track record of success in strategic account management, sales, or business development, ideally with large, complex accounts. Results orientation: A commitment to achieving measurable outcomes, with a focus on accountability and follow‑through. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions. Compensation

Salary Range: $88,700 – $126,940 (national average; actual range may vary based on location). Benefits
