Become an expert in product and use this expertise to educate and inspire customers. Offer information on merchandise, promotions, and events, and execute operational processes effectively. Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors to provide a premium customer experience. Acknowledge and assist customers, locating merchandise efficiently and answering questions accurately. Offer style and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration. Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs. Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience. Support sales floor, fitting room, check out, and back of house processes as required. Be courteous and responsive to internal and external requests. Who You Are : A good communicator with the ability to use technology effectively and engage with customers and the team. A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, always learning, open to feedback, and taking action as required. Good communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively.
