Compensation Data Starting Pay: $18.24-24.32 per hour, dependent on experience

Description Our

Warehouse Lead

will assist operational activities within the distribution warehouse to achieve efficient fulfillment of customer orders while following company defined procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Help manage drivers and warehouse operatives

Assure warehouse optimization standards are met

Receiving deliveries, unloading trucks and storing of inventory

Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of vendor products

Performing daily vehicle inspections per company policy and ensuring truck maintenance needs are addressed

Participation in daily cycle count process

Other duties as requested or needed

Qualifications

Previous Supervisory experience preferred

Experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment

High School Graduate or equivalent

Must be able to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds while bending and twisting

Computers experience including Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills

Must maintain a current driver’s license

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
