What You'll Do

Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for fleet management solutions and related services. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets. Leverage Challenger-based and consultative selling techniques to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals. Provide clients with actionable insights on industry trends, operational strategies, and emerging challenges in fleet management. Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking. Partner with fleet customers to understand their operational needs, pain points, and business objectives. Communicate compelling value propositions through tailored proposals and presentations. Foster strong relationships from the C-level to support retention and account growth. Prepare and deliver customer reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements; collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive long-term account growth. Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; uphold quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards. Accounts would remain in account for a specific amount of time and then be reassigned to an account management team based on size and client support needs. Accountable for $5–10M in new business development for a large multi-market/state geographical territory.

Compensation

USD 57,500.00 - 86,300.00 per year. Compensation includes a base salary of $57,500.00 - $86,300.00. The salary rate may vary within the range based on location and experience. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $70,000.00.

Benefits

The Company offers eligible employees vacation with pay, seven paid holidays per year, and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually. Qualifications

Minimum Required Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and four years of related experience. Alternative combinations may include a master’s degree with two years of experience, a Ph.D. with up to one year of experience, or eight years of related experience. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; travel up to 80%; multi-market and possible multi-state territories. Preferred Trucking/fleet sales experience. Proven ability to prospect and develop new business from an existing account list with a track record of growing accounts. Working knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices. Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
