Strategic Account Manager

to program manage customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. The Strategic Account Manager will establish key stakeholder relationships, develop an account governance structure, and serve as the liaison between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams and our Strategic Accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the client and executive sponsors to ensure they are using the solution to achieve full business value and growth.

Identify and help drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Understand the client’s business, operating models, and pain points; proactively explore ways to improve overall client satisfaction.

Manage internal projects to deliver customer requirements.

Manage external programs for software delivery and development.

Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to deliver customer business outcomes across the project lifecycle.

Develop mastery of Built’s suite of products & solutions.

Drive customer adoption and expansion where solutions improve business outcomes.

Gather and define requirements for solutions to address unique customer problems.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine requirements, manage product delivery, and inform customers of present and future capabilities.

Coordinate sales, implementations, and customer success activities to support largest customers.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to optimize delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

4+ years of customer-facing program/project management or relationship management experience with large enterprise software customers

Experience in a Financial Technology or Real Estate Firm is a plus

Strong attention to detail; project management and coordination skills

Polished oral, written, and interpersonal skills

Negotiation skills with the ability to find positive outcomes in high-stress situations

Ability to handle multiple work streams and accept constructive feedback

At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role managing complex, enterprise software adoption at mid-size and enterprise scale

Built’s salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year plus variable compensation. The package includes equity, medical/dental/vision coverage, unlimited PTO, and other benefits.
