Join Quench as a Territory Account Executive and be at the forefront of our expansion in the Buffalo, NY territory. You will spearhead Quench's growth, cultivate relationships, drive sales, and deliver tailored solutions to customers through face-to-face interactions, strategic calls, and targeted B2B outreach. Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships with Quench customers and identify their needs. Drive sales and deliver customized solutions. Engage through face-to-face interactions, calls, and B2B outreach to represent Quench in the field. Meet or exceed new business sales goals with consistent daily/weekly activity. Support customer retention and contract renewals. Handle administrative duties such as preparing sales reports, maintaining records, and filing expense reports. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Qualifications

Strong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections. Excellent communication skills via phone and email, with clear, enthusiastic tone, good listening, quick understanding of customer needs, and strong follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly and resourcefully to changing situations. Prior field sales experience is a plus. Solid team player with integrity. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proficiency in Salesforce.com or comparable CRM system. Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions OTE Year 1: $110,000; Year 2: $120,000+; Top Reps: $200K+ Remote, with 3 days in the territory Medical, Dental, Vision benefits start day one 401(k) match of 50% up to 6% Unlimited PTO and 10 paid holidays Mileage reimbursement up to $700 per month $100 monthly phone stipend About Quench
