Arch Telecom . What you'll do in your role: Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store. Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives. Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including accessories and IoT devices. Keep the store at its best and ready for customers. Lead and develop the team

Lead by example, demonstrating what it takes for the team to head to the top. Train and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store goals. Approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy. Become proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate: How our coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood, with a fast LTE network. Why plans and services help customers stay unlimited, connected and engaged. How wireless is delivered, including device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting. Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Role expectations

Build relationships with employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues in a seamless environment. Identify and handoff small business leads. Develop strong peer relationships with accountability for the company’s success. Be willing to have a good time while providing first-class customer experience. The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
