What you\'ll do in your role? Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives. Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including unique accessories and emerging Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Maintain the store at its best and deliver a first-class customer experience. Lead by example, demonstrating what it takes for the team to achieve objectives, including: Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives. Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anything from unique accessories to up-and-coming IoT devices. Maintain the store at its best. Approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy. Become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate: How our expanding coverage stacks up in the customer\'s neighborhood, providing a fast LTE network. How plans and services enable customers to stay unlimited, stay connected and go further. How we\'re redefining wireless, including device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting. Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Build relationships with employees across channels, including business and customer service to: Own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless environment. Identify and hand off small business leads. Develop strong peer relationships where everyone is accountable for the company\'s success. Be willing to have a good time while providing first-class customer experience.
