This ad is for an EXPERIENCED Auto Body Tech / Bodyman ONLY and is not an entry level position. G & C Auto Body has been family owned and operated by the Crozat family since 1972 with a strong commitment to excellence and world class customer service. We have 53 locations in Northern California with plans to expand. We provide a family feel with the structure and support of a larger corporation, consistent hours, advanced equipment, ongoing education/training and great benefits. Responsibilities
Restore vehicle back to pre-accident condition Includes tear down and reassembly Welding Replacing panels Grind, sand and fill repair panels Framework Additional duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and quality repair Qualifications
I-CAR certifications a plus, but not required for all positions Attention to detail and pride in your work Minimum 2 years\' experience in a collision repair organization Read and interpret written repair orders Compensation and Benefits
Pay: 80,000 - 150,000 expected annually (30 to 36 per hour plus eligibility for variable production-based bonuses) Medical, dental and vision benefits PLUS a Medical Copay Visa (Premiums PAID 100% for the employee) 401(k) Plan plus matching Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). PTO starts accruing on first day Company paid Basic Life & AD&D Insurance Voluntary benefits include: accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance and pet benefits and insurance Commuter benefits, global emergency assistant services and employee assistance program (EAP) Opportunity to coach an upcoming apprentice technician and increase your pay Hours
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:15am - 5:15pm with a 30 minute lunch Company
We are looking for someone who is up to the challenge of handling any and all repairs coming in to these locations. You will have access to all top of the line equipment in a shop to call your own!
