We're creating a space that brings people together — not just to unwind, but to belong. Role Overview: As a Membership Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective members. You’ll guide them through the experience, communicate the value of Bathe, and help grow a thriving community around our space. You’re not just selling a membership — you’re inviting people into a new way of living well. What You’ll Do: Actively engage with walk-ins, leads, and referrals to convert interest into memberships Own the membership sales process — from tours to follow-ups to sign-ups Maintain CRM data with precision and intention Hit or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Represent the Bathe brand and ethos with warmth, clarity, and confidence Collaborate with the community team on events and activations that drive interest You Are: A natural connector with a gift for building trust quickly Results-driven and self-motivated — you like the chase and love the close Passionate about wellness, community, and the power of ritual Experienced in sales (hospitality, fitness, or membership-based preferred) Available evenings and weekends (peak interest hours) Founding team energy and autonomy Access to Bathe amenities and staff rituals Commission + hourly pay structure Team steeped in intention, creativity, and culture To Apply Send your resume and a video bio to danyl@batheaustin.com Seniority level
