Overview
Allstate Dealer Services is seeking a passionate, results-driven Sales Trainer and Curriculum Developer to design and deliver high impact training programs that drive performance across automotive dealers' Finance & Insurance (F&I), sales, and service departments. The role will architect a customized training program for a strategic partner, shaping the learning experience from the ground up to align with business objectives. You will collaborate with Allstate Dealer Services leadership to assess skill gaps, implement targeted learning solutions, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver customized training programs for a strategic partner, with a focus on automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) products and sales process.
Facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions primarily in person, with additional delivery through virtual and blended formats tailored for adult learners.
Collaborate with Allstate Dealer Services leadership to assess training needs and implement targeted learning strategies that drive performance outcomes.
Evaluate training effectiveness using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performance metrics, and participant feedback to ensure measurable impact.
Continuously update and enhance training content by incorporating industry trends, best practices, and principles of adult learning.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or related roles, ideally within in-dealership automotive.
Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience is required.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver creative, high impact training methodologies that promote knowledge retention and skill application.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Proven track record of delivering training that improves sales performance and operational effectiveness.
Willingness to travel extensively; travel will be 90% - 100%

Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $85,600.00 - 152,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
