is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA ) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst ( BCaBA ) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA services in-home and school-based settings. This is an impactful role serving St. Louis County and St. Charles County, MO. Location:
St. Louis County and St. Charles County Schedule:
Monday through Friday, afternoon and evening availability required Job Type:
Part-time (20–30 hours per week) with potential to increase to full-time Starting Pay:
$65 per hour or commensurate with experience Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in school settings, with the possibility of in-home or community-based sessions as needed Monitor client progress and modify intervention plans accordingly Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation Qualifications
BCBA or BCaBA certification preferred Missouri Behavior Analyst Licensure required; provisional licensure will be considered Experience providing ABA therapy for children Strong communication, clinical, and collaboration skills Reliable transportation for travel to school sites Benefits
