Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education. 1-on-1 Online Tutoring - Provide personalized instruction to individual students. Instant Tutoring - Accept on-demand tutoring requests whenever you’re available. Responsibilities and Benefits
Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required. Be matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise. Leverage the AI-powered Tutor Copilot for real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to save prep time and focus on teaching. Get paid up to twice per week; base contract rates start at $18/hour and can increase for specialized subjects, with potential to reach up to $40/hour for ongoing sessions with the same student. We handle logistics—you invoice for sessions and we manage payments. About Varsity Tutors
