Schedule meetings and conferences, coordinating logistics as needed. Maintain financial records and assist with budget tracking. Obtain supplies and manage inventory for the department. Sort and distribute mail efficiently. Compile and assemble information for reports and presentations. Create and modify reports as required. Compose basic correspondence on behalf of the department or individual. Work on special projects as assigned by management. Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions. Ability to handle routine situations with minimal direction. Capability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in an administrative support role preferred.
