Temco Logistics . Job Summary Temco Logistics is seeking a dependable and skilled Driver and Appliance Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate a 26 ft box truck to deliver and install household appliances to residential and commercial customers. This role requires driving expertise, physical capability, technical proficiency, and excellent customer service skills to ensure safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities: Safely operate a 26 ft box truck for delivery routes and appliance installations. Load, deliver, and install household appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, and cooktops. Handle appliances properly during loading/unloading using lift gates and equipment. Use handheld devices for delivery confirmation and documentation. Perform basic water line, valve, and electrical connections for appliance installations. Provide excellent customer service to builders, homeowners, and clients. Maintain a safe work environment following safety standards. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips, reporting issues promptly. Follow traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record. Respond to on-road emergencies per company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience with appliance delivery and installation, including washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, ranges, and built-in units. Knowledge of hardwired and built-in appliance installations is a plus. Strong customer service and professional interaction skills. Experience driving delivery trucks on multi-stop routes. Ability to lift and move items weighing 100 lbs. or more. Comfort with basic plumbing, water lines, and valves. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including DOT physicals. Valid Driver's License. Team-oriented with problem-solving skills and adaptability.
