Sample Management Support
for the Service Center manages the service center and acts as a liaison between the laboratory and the local client base. This position is responsible for maintaining the Service Center facility, supervising service center couriers, and managing drop-offs at the service center location. Primary client representative for the service center location. Collaborates with the Quality Assurance Manager and Account Executives to evaluate and establish project requirements. Handles client complaints professionally and ensures timely resolution. Maintains records for vehicle maintenance and mileage; reports monthly. Supervises couriers, schedules pickups and deliveries, prepares bottle orders, and ships samples to laboratories. Works closely with laboratory management on capacity loading decisions. Maintains the facilities and ensures compliance with EH&S policies. Supports sales activities and business development. Orders supplies for the service center. Knows method requirements, holding times, and bottle requirements to assist clients. Knows all Eurofins laboratories to assist with project placement. Builds relationships with clients and regulatory agencies. Visits clients independently or with sales staff. Provides courier services as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of client relationship or customer service experience. Skills and Abilities Professional, knowledgeable, confident, and friendly demeanor. Customer service experience. Excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented with ability to follow complex instructions. Organized with attention to detail. Ability to read maps, operate a motor vehicle, and lift 50 lbs. Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). Ability to work independently and in a team. Additional Information Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with overtime as needed.
