Job Title: Psychiatrist/Outpatient Clinic/Independent Contractor | Location: Altamonte Springs, FL Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC. We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics offering in-person and telehealth services in Florida. Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team comprises psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above and emphasize compassionate, individualized care. Qualifications
MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) Board Eligible or Board-Certified Psychiatrist Active license in the State of Florida or in the process of obtaining one Candidates in the final year of their residency may apply Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions Provide medication management and brief psychotherapeutic interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies Document services in compliance with company policies and procedures Stay current with advancements in psychiatry through continuing education and professional development Compensation
Up to $300 per hour Additional compensation as a collaborating physician (optional) Benefits

As an Independent Contractor, you will have the choice to determine the working hours Offices open Monday – Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments Availability to work via telemedicine Friday–Sunday Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment Option to work fully (100%) remotely if a collaborating physician E-Verify and Right to Work
E-Verify: Harmony United Psychiatric Care participates in E-Verify. We will provide information from each new employee’s Form I-9 to the Social Security Administration and, if necessary, to the Department of Homeland Security to confirm work authorization. We do not use this information to pre-screen job applicants. Right to Work notices are provided as required. Drug-Free Policy
