We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Housekeeping team at BHC in the roles of Room Attendant, Turndown Attendant, House Person, and Public Area Attendant. Room Attendant: Clean and maintain guest rooms according to standards; Replace linens, towels, and amenities; Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards; Ensure guest satisfaction by providing an immaculate room presentation. Turndown Attendant: Perform evening turndown service for guest rooms; Refresh towels and amenities; Ensure rooms are tidy and inviting for guests returning in the evening; Address any guest requests or needs promptly. House Person: Support housekeeping staff by delivering linens and supplies; Assist with cleaning public areas and guest hallways; Respond to guest requests and maintain a clean environment; Assist with heavy cleaning tasks as needed. Public Area Attendant: Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, and other public areas; Ensure facilities are stocked with necessary supplies; Report any maintenance needs or safety concerns; Provide exceptional service to guests in public spaces.
