Retail Store Manager MASPETH | Grand Ave Location: New York, NY Industry: Retail / Wireless
What you’ll do in your role
Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including accessories and emerging Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
Maintain store excellence and an optimal customer experience.
Lead and develop the team
Approach service and sales with patience, honesty and empathy.
Become proficient in digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding.
Demonstrate how our coverage, plans and services enable customers to live unlimited and stay connected.
Define processes for device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting.
Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, systems and resources.
Responsibilities with cross-channel collaboration
Build relationships with employees across channels, including business and customer service.
Own the customer experience and resolve issues to create a seamless environment.
Identify and hand off small business leads; develop strong peer relationships for the company’s success.
Foster a positive, engaging work environment while delivering first-class customer experience.

Prior wireless sales experience.
