Build and scale training systems that directly impact our people and guest experience Lead the development of the training function from the ground up, across locations Develop structured training programs across multiple locations; create clear, scalable SOPs and onboarding systems Manage employee enrollment for training, schedule training sessions, and organize resources Direct influence on company-wide standards and leadership development Qualifications
3+ years experience in training leadership in the luxury hotel industry Experience working with employees, human resources teams, and management to achieve training objectives Proven ability to develop structured training programs across multiple locations Ability to create clear, scalable SOPs and onboarding systems Hands-on leadership approach and strong communication skills Experience writing reports, keeping records, and managing training budgets Keeping up-to-date on the latest training trends, developments, and best practices Managing employee enrollment for training, scheduling sessions, and organizing resources Preferred Background & Skills
Experience in Forbes-rated Luxury Hotels Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Familiarity with training tech platforms Details
