is a position for positive, enthusiastic, and energetic individuals who will work with children in our Soccer Player Development classes. Classes are geared toward players seeking a more competitive environment with small-sided games to enhance their soccer skills. As a coach you will lead a small group of children, ages 4-10, through skills, drills, and scrimmages. Coppermine runs 10-week sessions in the Fall, Winter, and Spring and a 6-week session in the Summer. Coaches are expected to be consistent within the session and commit to the majority of classes. The schedule includes several 60-minute weekday evening and weekend morning classes. Responsibilities
Lead a small group of children aged 4-10 through skills, drills, and scrimmages during 60-minute sessions. Provide age-appropriate instruction and foster a positive, energetic coaching environment. Maintain consistency within sessions and commit to the majority of classes across Fall, Winter, Spring (10-week sessions) and Summer (6-week sessions). Collaborate with other coaches and program staff to ensure a safe and engaging experience. Qualifications
Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic mindset. Ability to work effectively with children aged 4-10. Reliability and commitment to attend the majority of scheduled classes. Experience coaching or playing soccer is a plus; training details are not specified. Job Details
