The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects online FAA tutors with students nationwide. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make an impact on students’ learning journeys—from the comfort of your home. Base pay range : $18.00/hr - $40.00/hr What We Offer
Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects; you’ll earn incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student—reaching up to $40/hour. Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required. Get matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise. Our AI-powered Tutor Copilot enhances sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features. We handle the logistics—you invoice for sessions and we handle payments. Responsibilities
Provide 1-on-1 online FAA tutoring sessions to students. Personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Utilize platform tools and AI features to support teaching and save prep time. Communicate clearly with students and track progress. Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in FAA content with the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Prior tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education are preferred. Ways To Connect With Students
