The Assistant House Manager provides appropriate role modeling in a therapeutic environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and behavioral health of each student. They assist in developing adaptive life skills and work as part of a collaborative therapeutic team. Responsibilities include supporting the House Manager in on-site management, monitoring, quality assurance, staff training and development, and scheduling. They also ensure the safety and well-being of the children and maintain a nurturing environment. The role reports directly to the House Manager or Residential Director and requires a flexible schedule due to the nature of the responsibilities. Qualifications

Associates degree or 2 years of college experience + 12 months of human service experience, especially with children or adolescents, and 12 months of supervisory experience (preferred). Alternatively, a High School diploma plus 24 months of human service experience and 12 months supervisory experience (preferred). Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver’s license required. Compensation and Benefits

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus. Bonuses prorated for schedules less than 40 hours. Salary range: $22.00 to $26.50 per hour, based on experience and education. Shift differentials: Second shift $2.00/hr, Third shift $1.00/hr, weekends $3.00/hr. Work Schedule and Opportunities
