Position Summary
Travel locally (within ~15 miles) to conduct on-site freight inspections

Ensure reports are completed and submitted within 3 business days
Maintain professionalism and reliability when representing the company to clients
Role Details As a
Freight Inspector , you will act as an independent contractor conducting on-site inspections at freight terminals, warehouses, and service centers. Your role involves documenting and reporting damaged freight to support accurate claims resolution. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity suitable for individuals seeking side income with autonomy and minimal physical labor (inspections typically take under 30 minutes).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Travel locally (within ~15 miles) to conduct on-site freight inspections

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed during inspections
Ownership of:
Smartphone with camera
Computer and printer
High-speed internet access
Availability during regular business hours (Monday-Friday)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
