The ideal candidate will conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition, ensuring compliance with Florida state regulations and industry standards. This role involves evaluating structural, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems to provide clients with accurate reports on the property’s condition. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform thorough inspections of residential properties, including single-family homes, condos, and townhouses with accuracy and professionalism. Identify defects, safety concerns, and maintenance issues. Prepare detailed, accurate, and easy-to-understand inspection reports for clients, delivered within agreed timelines. Communicate clearly with clients, business partners, and team members in order to cultivate and maintain positive relationships. Qualifications: Residential Inspector License required Excellent attention to detail and time management Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with a customer-first mindset Passionate about protecting clients and educating homeowners Willing to travel locally as part of your territory Unafraid of walking on roofs or climbing in attics and/or crawl spaces Valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable transportation High School or Equivalent Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are a plus, given Florida’s diverse population.
