Overview

The Recruitment Sourcer (Contractor model) is responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for current and future openings within the organization. They employ a variety of sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a diverse and talented pool for hiring managers to choose from. Responsibilities

Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and attract passive and active candidates. Research: Conduct in-depth research on target companies and industries to identify potential candidates and understand their skillsets and motivations. Candidate Engagement: Develop and execute compelling outreach strategies (emails, phone calls, social media messages) to engage potential candidates and gauge their interest in opportunities. Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in sourcing and recruiting. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor75s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field. Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong research and analytical abilities. Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Ability to build relationships and influence others. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills. Advanced English
