FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) at Compass Group USA. Location: Fort Lewis College - 1000 Rim Drive, Durango, CO 81301. Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Online applications accepted only. Responsibilities
Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
