Hart & Hickman, PC (H&H) is seeking an Environmental Due Diligence Professional who is driven, motivated, and passionate about advancing their career. Qualifications Minimum
criteria for consideration include:
2 years or more experience conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment and related due diligence activities;
Educational background in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field;
Capacity for critical thinking and technical writing
Preferred
candidates will also have experience with:
Project management and proven ability to lead a team
Asbestos, natural resources, wetlands, ecological assessment
Brownfields sites
Working with real estate professionals on fast-paced, quick turnaround projects.
Complex industrial/commercial sites with significant development challenges
