The Role
As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers.
The majority of the day will be spent on the shop floor, styling and influencing customers, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations and personal shopping.
You will work closely with your management team, supporting the store in reaching its targets, selling our collections and ensuring that our stores look fabulous at all times.
Great training tools and product knowledge will be provided; your development and progression in the brand will be supported.
What Will I Be Doing?
Busy shop floor; varied, fast-paced and fun.
Style customers in our latest collections, sharing detailed product knowledge and providing an exceptional brand experience.
Actively maintain the store’s aesthetic, ensuring product availability and upholding floor sets and standards.
Handle stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders, utilising our digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
Make service decisions for customers, resolving issues while retaining loyalty and trust.
Put the customer at the heart of everything you do, working as part of the AllSaints team to achieve the best result.
Greet customers and tailor your approach to support their visit purpose.
Maintain staff areas to the highest expectation, showing pride in your surroundings.
Support and observe peers, seeking feedback to support your growth and development.
What Skills Do I Need?
Friendly and attentive; constantly interact with customers worldwide to provide an exceptional experience.
Aware and knowledgeable of our brand, style and values; influence peers and customers alike.
Can-do attitude and enthusiasm, spending time interacting with customers and colleagues on busy shop floors.
Good problem solving techniques and ability to work with pace, empathy and under pressure.
Tech savvy; processing transactions and store deliveries using in-store digital tools.
Actively aware of brand campaigns, lookbooks and new product launches; passionate advocate of all things AllSaints.
Excellent attention to detail.

Pay Range:
$18.50 - $19.50 per hour (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location)
