Bar Manager
to lead our beverage program and oversee daily operations during the most spirited time of the year. Responsibilities Oversee all bar operations including staffing, scheduling, and training Lead a team of bartenders, barbacks, and support staff Ensure consistent execution of Miracle’s signature holiday cocktails Manage inventory, ordering, and par levels for spirits, beer, wine, mixers, and bar supplies Uphold service standards, guest experience, and safety protocols Troubleshoot bar issues (POS, batching, equipment) and provide hands‑on support Work closely with the FOH team to deliver seamless service Contribute to a positive, festive, and team‑oriented culture Qualifications 2–3+ years of bar management or lead bartender experience (high‑volume preferred) Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, batching, and bar operations Ability to train and motivate a seasonal team Excellent organizational and communication skills Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (this is the season!)
